Alumni Fund, Inc. (referred to throughout as “we,” “our,” etc.), is the owner and operator of the website, which is a crowdfunding platform. What happens if Alumni Fund combines with another business entity?

In the event that Alumni Fund is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

Who has access to my Credit Card Number?

We integrate with the merchant gateway of third parties to process all donations made through our sites. Only the third party processors have access to your credit card number. California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

We recognize the particular importance of protecting privacy where children are involved and we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the requirements of Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our website and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
